Watlow Process Systems knows that unplanned downtime creates a significant loss to you, so we utilize robust design features such as:
- Oversized enclosures on flange heaters with distribution blocks for feeder wire connection
- High temperature, standoff enclosures and 200C wiring
- Heavy wall and seamless tubing options for high pressure or critical applications
- Segmental baffles to reduce sheath temperatures
- ASME Code stamping both flange heater and vessel
- Heavy vessel saddle supports and lifting lugs on heaters and vessels
Watlow Process Systems also knows that project delays are costly to you. Whenever possible, we recommend that systems be skid-mounted and interconnected to allow quick installation. We offer 24-hour fabrication capabilities, including weekends and holidays when expedited deliveries are required. Our extensive network of suppliers are also committed to this same urgent service when the project must ship.
