Take Control with Integrated Control Systems
Watlow has released three revolutionary new integrated controller products: the EZ-ZONE™ PM panel mount controller the EZ-ZONE ST integrated control loop and the EHG SL10 process controller and safety limit. All of these modular products combine multiple functions into one integrated control system leading to:
- Fewer components
- Fewer aggravations
These products give you the ability to utilize just one component. These products' advanced designs give you the ability to add or subtract modulars as your requirements change.
 EZ-ZONE PM Panel Mount Controller
You can configure the EZ-ZONE PM in a variety of ways:
- as a discrete PID controller with adaptive tuning,
- as a discrete, agency approved, over/under limit controller, or
- as an integrated control loop solution by combining the PID functionality, over/under limit functionality and high amperage NO-ARC power switching output in a single panel mount package. Combining these features reduces the required panel space, the cost of wiring and the cost of installing multiple discrete components.
 EZ-ZONE ST Integrated Control Loop
The EZ-ZONE ST integrated control loop combines:
- Definite purpose mechanical contactor,
- Current transfer,
- High amperage solid state relay,
- Properly size heat sink,
- Over/under limit controller,
- PID temperature controller,
- Digital communications and
- Remote user interface.
 EHG SL10 Process Controller and Safety Limit
The EHG SL10 process controller and safety limit combines the functionality of:
- 1/16 DIN process controller,
- Solid state relay,
- Safety limit,
- Heat sink,
- Control console,
- Base station and
- Software.
