EZ-ZONE™ PM Panel Mount Controller Offers Serial Communication Capabilities Including the EtherNet/IP™ Protocol

Watlow’s EZ-ZONE PM panel mount controller can be ordered as a PID controller or an over/under limit controller. You now have the option to integrate a high amperage power controller output with a high-performance PID controller all in one space saving package.

The EZ-ZONE PM makes the EtherNet/IP™ protocol available in a 1/16 DIN panel mount package. The controller supports network connectivity to a PC or PLC using its serial communication options, including EtherNet/IP™. The EZ-ZONE PM is ideal for applications where space is limited and a DIN panel mount is necessary.

Full Featured Controller in an 1/8 DIN Package with DeviceNet™

The Watlow SERIES D8 is a powerful controller combining performance and flexibility with compact design. The four and eight loop versions provide complete control solutions for a broad range of applications. Each controller includes DeviceNet™ communications, and each loop can be individually configured for on-off control or PID control. Loops can be combined for cascade, ratio and differential control.

Economical Temperature/Process Controller with DeviceNet™ Communications Protocol

Watlow’s SERIES SD delivers excellent control, quality and application versatility in a 1/16 DIN panel mount package. The SERIES SD has been successfully tested for use with Open DeviceNet Vendors Association (ODVA) and Semiconductor SIG standards for DeviceNet™ on CAN networks. The SERIES SD controller includes a universal sensor input with two outputs that can be configured as heat, cool or alarm.

The DeviceNet™ communications interface is supplied with either a five pin circular DIN connector for semiconductor SIG specific applications or a five position removable screw terminal connector for other market applications. Additional features of the SERIES SD family of controllers include a user definable menu system and a save and restore feature that allows users to restore factory, as well as individually defined parameter values.

High Performance Temperature and Process Controller with Web Server and EtherNet/IP™

Watlow’s SERIES PD controllers utilize embedded Ethernet technology to provide a convenient, economical means for setting up and viewing key process variables such as temperature, pressure and humidity. The units also integrate control of these variables with programmable logic controllers (PLC) and other automation solutions. Available in single or dual loop versions, the DIN-rail mounted SERIES PD controllers offer up to four control/alarm outputs plus up to two digital/current transformer inputs.

These controllers are ideally suited for a wide range of temperature and process control applications where the operator interface is supported from a remote location or the temperature and process controller must be integrated with other automation equipment including PLCs.
