Watlow Offers Multi-Channel Thermal Limit Monitor, Ideal For Multi-Zone Applications

ST. LOUIS, MO - The Watlow Anafaze TLM-8 offers low-cost, multi-channel, redundant temperature monitoring. This new unit has 8 channels to continuously monitor thermocouple, RTD or thermal limit switch inputs, making it ideal for multi-zone applications. The board accepts six thermocouple types, RTDs and thermal switches (one sensor type per board).
TheTLM-8 is equipped with flexible interlocks which are designed to interface with redundant controls. Each channel can be set to alarm at a different temperature. Alarms latch, requiring operator intervention to clear, protecting your process and equipment.
TheTLM-8 is compact and easy to install directly to a panel of a DIN rail. Panel cut-outs are not required reducing installation and fabrication costs. Troubleshooting is simplified through a self-test diagnostics input which simulates alarm state.
Applicationsinclude any process requiring multi-channel redundant temperature monitoring, semiconductor capital equipment, electronics packaging equipment, and plastic injection molding and extrusion equipment.
