Sandercock will be responsible for developing and executing global product plans for growth and profitability, driving a proactive and effective account management system, as well as identifying and prioritizing product extension/development opportunities and building effective linkages and relationships with key divisions of the business.

Sandercock comes to Watlow from Advanced Signal Corporation, a company that designs, manufactures and sells test and monitoring equipment for the paging industry, which he owned and managed for nine years. As President and COO, he was responsible for global sales and marketing for North and South America, Asia and Europe. Prior to owning Advanced Signal Corporation, he served as vice president of sales and marketing for Motorola's Complex Systems division.

"Steve's vast managerial, marketing and sales experience provide him with the necessary skills to successfully drive revenue growth, increase profitability and grow key customer bases through the development of effective product plans, pricing and operational excellence," said John Kuhfahl, TPM general manager.

Sandercock received a Bachelor of Science degree in business management and an MBA from Quincy University, Quincy, Ill.
